By booking a consultation:

You agree to attend the call at your scheduled time.
You consent to the call being recorded for quality assurance, training, and diagnostic summary purposes.
You agree to provide accurate information during the pre-call form and the call itself.
You acknowledge that consultation calls are educational in nature and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
You acknowledge that individual results vary and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
